Agency Features

Projects & Campaigns

Projects let you organise multiple analyses under a named campaign — perfect for managing multiple clients, tracking a site-wide content audit, or running an ongoing AEO programme. Each project has its own score history, autopilot settings, and report configuration.

For local SEO agencies, Campaigns adds a full client management layer: a 5-step onboarding wizard, campaign phase tracking, per-phase task guides, and a structured GBP audit checklist — all under your agency brand.

Agency & Enterprise only
Projects are available on Agency (up to 100 projects) and Enterprise (unlimited) plans. The Campaign Management workflow is available on white-label agency instances.

Creating a project

  1. Navigate to Projects in your dashboard sidebar.
  2. Click 'New project'.
  3. Give the project a name (e.g., 'Acme Corp — Blog AEO Audit') and an optional description.
  4. Set the client name if this is for an external client.
  5. Select whether to enable autopilot (see below).
  6. Click 'Create project'.

Adding analyses to a project

You can add analyses to a project in two ways:

  • When running a new analysis, select the project from the 'Add to project' dropdown in the analysis setup form.
  • From any existing analysis in your dashboard, click the three-dot menu and select 'Add to project'.
  • When running a bulk CSV upload, set a project name in the batch analysis settings — all rows are added to that project.

Score history and trend tracking

Every time you re-run an analysis that's part of a project, the new score is added to the score history timeline. The project view shows:

Project score trend
Average score across all pages in the project over time. Shows the overall trajectory of your AEO programme.
Per-page score history
Click any page to see its full score history — overall and per-dimension — plotted over time.
Score change digest
A summary of which pages improved, declined, or stayed flat since the last analysis run.
Dimension breakdown
Which dimensions are improving vs. degrading across the project, useful for identifying systemic content issues.

Autopilot

Enable autopilot on a project to automatically re-run all analyses on a schedule. This lets you monitor AEO scores continuously without manual intervention.

Weekly
Re-runs every Monday at 06:00 UTC
Bi-weekly
Re-runs every 2 weeks on Monday
Monthly
Re-runs on the 1st of each month

Autopilot analyses count against your monthly analysis allowance. Enterprise plans have unlimited analyses, so autopilot is uncapped. For Agency plans, ensure your monthly quota is sufficient for the project scale.

Client reporting
Pair autopilot with weekly email digests (see Weekly Email Digest) to automatically send clients their updated AEO scores every week — no manual reporting required.
Campaign Management

Local SEO Campaign Workflow

The Campaign Management workflow is designed for local SEO agencies managing Personal Injury, Home Services, Legal, and other verticals. It extends the standard project with a structured onboarding wizard, campaign phases, per-phase task guides, and a GBP audit checklist — all under your agency brand.

New Client Wizard

Click + New Client to launch the 5-step wizard:

Step 1 — Client Details
Client name, domain, brand name, and client type. Choose from Personal Injury, Home Services, Legal, or Other. The client type pre-loads service templates in the next step.
Step 2 — Services & Locations
Select the services this campaign covers — pre-populated lists based on client type (e.g. Car Accident, Slip & Fall for PI; HVAC, Plumbing for Home Services). Add target locations as tags. Add custom services if needed.
Step 3 — Market Assessment
Classify the market: Tier 1 (major metro, high competition), Tier 2 (mid-size city, moderate competition), or Tier 3 (small market, lower competition). This shapes recommended effort levels and timelines.
Step 4 — Campaign Setup
Assign a Lead SEO by email, set the starting campaign phase, and enable autopilot re-analysis if needed.
Step 5 — Review & Launch
Full summary of all inputs. Review before the campaign is created. Go back to any step to edit.

Campaign Phases

Each campaign moves through five phases. The Lead SEO updates the phase as the campaign progresses. The Tasks tab provides a phase-specific task guide for each stage:

Onboarding
Site access, GMB ownership, client brief, baseline audit
Foundation
Technical SEO fixes, on-page optimisation, GBP profile completeness
Growth
Content creation, citation building, link outreach
Optimisation
Fine-tuning, CRO, AI citation readiness improvements

Campaign Detail Tabs

Each campaign has four dedicated tabs:

Overview
Campaign info card showing client type, market tier, current phase, services, locations, and assigned Lead SEO. Score trend chart and recent activity.
Tasks
Phase-specific task guide for the Lead SEO. Shows what needs to happen at the current campaign phase. Links through to the full Action Plan for page-level recommendations.
GBP Audit
Structured Google Business Profile checklist across 4 sections. Track completion progress with a visual progress bar. State persists per campaign across sessions.
Reports
White-label exports, shareable report links, and scheduled weekly digest configuration.

GBP Audit Checklist

The GBP Audit tab provides a structured checklist across four sections. Tick off items as you complete them — progress saves automatically per campaign:

Profile Completeness
Business name, primary & secondary categories, business description, address & service area, phone number, website URL, business hours, attributes (women-led, accessible, etc.)
Photos & Media
Cover photo, logo uploaded, interior/exterior photos (minimum 5), 360° virtual tour added

Team members are assigned a role that reflects their responsibilities within the campaign workflow:
