White-Label Reports
White-label reports let you present AEO analysis results to clients under your own brand — your logo, your colors, your agency name. Clients see a professional report without any AEO Tool branding.
Agency & Enterprise only
White-label reports are available on Agency ($149/mo) and Enterprise ($499/mo) plans.
Setting up your brand
Before generating your first white-label report, configure your brand settings at Settings → White Label:
Agency name
Appears in the report header and footer.
Logo
Upload a PNG or SVG. Recommended: 200×60px or similar horizontal logo. Used in the report header.
Primary color
Hex color used for score rings, section headers, and accent elements in the report.
Report footer text
Optional custom footer text, e.g., 'Prepared by Your Agency | hello@youragency.com'.
Custom domain (Enterprise)
Share reports from reports.youragency.com instead of an AEO Tool subdomain.
Generating a white-label report
- Open any completed analysis.
- Click 'Share / Export' in the report action bar.
- Select 'White-label report'.
- Choose which sections to include: scores, recommendations, competitor gap, fanout map.
- Toggle on/off individual recommendations if you want to curate what the client sees.
- Add an optional cover note or executive summary.
- Click 'Generate report'.
- Copy the shareable link, or download as a PDF.
Sharing with clients
White-label reports can be shared in two ways:
Shareable link
A unique URL the client can open in their browser. The report is view-only — clients can't edit or see your account. Links can be set to expire (7 days, 30 days, or never).
PDF export
A fully formatted PDF with your branding. Ideal for attaching to emails or including in proposal documents. Generated at A4 or US Letter size.
Project reports
For ongoing clients in a Project, you can generate a project-level white-label report that shows all pages and their scores in a summary table — great for quarterly reviews.
What the client sees
The client report contains your branding throughout and presents the AEO data in a client-friendly format: plain-English summaries, visual score cards, and recommendations written for a non-technical audience. There is no mention of "AEO Tool", Ovid, or any third-party tool branding. The report URL uses your custom subdomain if configured, or a neutral generic subdomain.
