Agency Features
Weekly Email Digest
The weekly email digest automatically sends a score summary every Monday morning to any recipients you configure — your team, your clients, or both. No manual report generation required.
Agency & Enterprise only
Weekly email digest is available on Agency and Enterprise plans.
Setting up the digest
- Go to Settings → Email Digest.
- Toggle 'Enable weekly digest' on.
- Add recipient email addresses. You can add up to 25 recipients per account.
- Select which projects to include in the digest. You can configure separate digests per project.
- Choose whether to use white-label branding (requires white-label settings to be configured).
- Click 'Send test email' to preview what recipients will receive.
- Save settings. The first digest will send the following Monday at 08:00 in your account timezone.
What the digest contains
Each weekly digest email includes:
Project summary
Average AEO score across all pages in the project, with week-over-week change indicator (up/down/flat).
Top movers
The 3 pages that improved the most and the 3 that declined the most since last week.
Critical issues count
Number of Critical and High priority issues across the project — useful for tracking overall health.
Per-page score table
Full list of all pages with their current score and change from last week. Sorted by score change.
Action spotlight
The single highest-impact recommendation across the project — the one fix that would move the overall score the most.
View full report link
Links through to the full white-label report (if configured) or directly to the project dashboard.
Client-facing setup
Use white-label branding + weekly digest for completely automated client reporting. Configure your logo, primary color, and footer text in Settings → White Label, then enable the digest with your client's email address as a recipient. They get a branded weekly report without any manual effort from you.
Per-project digest configuration
You can configure different digest settings per project. This is useful when different clients have different reporting requirements — one client might want only the score summary, while another wants the full recommendations list. Go to Projects → [Project name] → Settings → Email Digest to configure project-level digest settings that override the account defaults.
Note
Digests only include data from analyses run in the previous 7 days. If autopilot is not enabled and no analyses ran that week, the digest will note "No new analyses this week" but still send the latest scores for reference.
